👍🏻 I recently bought new carpet for my home from kempercarpet.com and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and I found a good selection of carpets to choose from. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry and the representative wasn't very helpful in answering my questions. Additionally, the delivery of the carpet was delayed, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the quality of the carpet I received was decent and it looks nice in my home. The installation process went smoothly and the installers were professional. Although my experience had some hiccups, I would consider using kempercarpet.com again in the future if they improve their customer service.
