糟糕的服务。没有提醒约会。没有后续行动。我不得不打电话找出结果，然后在线等待20分钟。只是被告知结果已发送给我的一位医生。哪一个？他们甚至都不知道。在访问期间我没有被告知。他们不发送电子邮件。他们使用邮件，可能需要5到10个工作日，这还不包括美国邮件的发送时间。

办公室有饮用水，没有纸杯。接待员只是说他们用光了杯子，没有试图再买更多的杯子。

我的技术人员似乎知识渊博。但是支持人员是懒惰的，没有动力的和不专业的。
