Moksha yoga & meditation is a wonderful studio. The classes are challenging, yet the instructors provide modifications for all levels. The atmosphere is peaceful and conducive to mindfulness. I appreciate the variety of classes offered, from Vinyasa Flow to Yin Yoga. All in all, a great place to practice yoga!

I've been practicing yoga for several years now and Moksha yoga & meditation is by far one of the best studios I've been to. The classes are challenging yet accessible, and the instructors are skilled and attentive. The atmosphere is very welcoming and non-judgmental, which is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. I appreciate that Moksha focuses on mindfulness and meditation as well. Highly recommend!
