Newmam n Goh？糟糕的管理团队...对居民没有热情...没有人的感觉。由丹尼尔（Daniel）先生领导....马槽，他的上司洛（Loh）...一名居民不小心将一克拉手镯扔进了自动垃圾箱....所有人都说不禁...说没有办法打开垃圾箱。垃圾箱在直达焚化炉前不会打开……直接有2个垃圾箱...但是所有灌木丛....拖车司机来了....他提供了他友好的助手... n还说mgmt办公室可以通过提供助手来帮助找回....垃圾桶也可以打开..不需要去焚化炉....驾驶员打开侧窗以显示居民...实际上，垃圾只填满了一半。。公寓管理人员说无法打开密封的垃圾箱...废话是什么...另一个垃圾箱是空的...卡车办公室确认垃圾箱仍在公寓内，没有拖走焚化了... mgmt实际上可以停止一半装满nin n的垃圾，将投掷活动转移到第二个自动垃圾桶...让工人协助居民将垃圾挖成较小的垃圾桶看到...垃圾堆放在自动垃圾箱内的袋子里。但是mgm团队没有一个该死的向那个可怜的居民提供帮助。。。那个居民能看见的是.....经理坐在他的办公室里，看早报..上司没想到找回，但一直说不可能。n赶走想要帮助的工人...远离居民....暗示不希望该工人帮助居民。妙处在于为什么公寓需要一名专职经理...一名建筑主管
..园艺主管？清洁工主管和安全主管？非居民对此有何想法？或者他们实际上不愿意选择最佳代理商。这些人在拉居民的钱。维修费增加，服务质量下降。居民还反馈与上一个管理机构相比服务质量较差。主管卢（Loh）也不应保留。居民看到如此多的清洁工，而另一个清洁工监督员却坐在一个小时左右休息？居民付钱给这些人坐在那里吗？一个好的管理办公室并不需要那么多主管...经理应该是个好人。
