As someone who is leasing a commercial property from Northview, I must express my profound disappointment with the leasing office staff. My interactions with them left much to be desired, and I found their demeanor to be consistently rude and unkind.
From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was met with a palpable sense of indifference from the staff. Instead of being greeted with warmth and professionalism, I felt like an inconvenience to them.
Furthermore, the leasing office staff displayed a shocking lack of basic courtesy and customer service skills. They seemed more interested in rushing through rents than actually addressing my inquiries or concerns.
What struck me the most was the utter lack of empathy and understanding demonstrated by the leasing office staff. Rather than taking the time to listen to my needs and preferences, they adopted a condescending attitude that made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a prospective client.
I am a current tenant there I would caution others against engaging with them. In a competitive market where customer service is paramount, Northview's leasing office staff has a long way to go in terms of improving their professionalism and attitude towards clients.
