我的交流电停止工作，他们确实在第二天出现了但是风扇电机需要更换，技术人员还说加热器损坏了（如果他无法测试加热器，不知道他是如何得出诊断结果的）技术人员说他仓库里可能有零件但是当他打电话给他的办公室时，他们告诉他不要浪费时间去下一个电话。我被告知他们会与我联系。所以我没有空调，也没有更多信息，一家四口在迈阿密热火中受苦；这是在周五，当我周一打电话时，他们仍然没有任何信息。等到星期三，不得不打电话给另一家公司；那家伙进来了，当场更换风扇电机，甚至告诉我，他们不应该把加热器弄乱！！一周半后，他们打电话给我修理空调。不要使用这家公司，非专业人士，以人道的方式离开我们 W/O AC，甚至不提供替代品。
