We, a mom and pop business, hired Pa Reality Works over a year ago to manage our two rental properties in south philly. They have been doing a great job. They came out to do all our maintenance work in a timely manner. Never had a tenant complaint with them. We have a store with 3 apartments and a triplex in the next zip code. This year they took over all my; leases, maintenance, an ongoing eviction, and we just got to see the snow removal, as we did not have snow last year. Cleanest sidewalks in the city. My back wishes I found them sooner. This year we can see them redo two apartments, and then rent them. They are now doing a major keyless lock job. Tenants that have them in already love it. No more lost keys or getting locked out. We have been landlords for 30 years and never was aware that our leases were in need of professional help. Joe, the manager, gets back to us fast. Faster than my doctor. My wife is ok with computer stuff and I am learning " Buildium" the work sight we use, and its easy. Billie was very professional when we found her and joined the group. Joe is a do all south philly guy. We wanted to check them out for a year and, by far, they are a keepers. We can also use them to sell both, as they know the properties well.
