另一台机器（Speedy 100 Fiber）也只有问题。雕刻（烙印）时，功率突然下降，实际上不再雕刻。根本无法获得干净的雕刻结果。
一切都已经尝试过了，据说这个问题只存在于我们这里。
但是，我已经在论坛和Facebook组中注意到了相反的情况。其他客户也有问题，他们还说：“那只是您的事情”。这似乎是一个标准借口。

这真的很可疑。由于来自德国的常务董事通常会歪曲事实，所以我试图与Trotec Austria联络，但我什至没有在这里得到答复。
Trotec德国仅向我提供回购。但是，猜猜价格是多少！ ?? !!

有人建议我不要进行评估，但是我不会被吓到，现在必须采取法律行动。卓泰克注意到机器的故障，因此没有采取任何措施。 YouTube上已经有一些视频证明了这一点。
我也有竞争对手的激光机，从那以后没有任何问题！他们真的很在乎客户。

我的结论是：
-很好的服务，直到购买！
-2台机器中有2台有缺陷
-地下购买后服务不可靠。因此，大概所有的评估方案也都在德国发布。
-缺陷未得到纠正，我应该采取法律行动
-原则上全损
-只会歪曲事实甚至提出不实主张的经理。

由于缺少激光，我们已经在机器上起了小火，因为激光只是发射并停留在现场，所以丙烯酸玻璃被燃烧了。但是，我们不能证明这一点。

很久以来，我一直在向该公司订购雕刻材料。到目前为止，除了高价之外，一切都已经解决了。我上次订购阳极氧化铝时，显然卖掉了废料。交付的材料无法使用，因为它只有银色条纹。对我的投诉的唯一答复是，质量保证说这是正常现象，并不构成投诉的原因。这些板块于2019年12月13日订购。一个月后交货。
