今天我和丈夫一起来买疫苗。接受我的疫苗后，夏皮罗医生告诉我要等十五分钟然后离开，我问我是否需要在离开前通知任何人，他回答。嗯，那是不正确的。后来，在询问下一个约会日期之后，我发现我需要收到疫苗记录卡。这不是什么大问题，真正的问题是负责发卡的小姐姐。射击后30分钟，我仍然没有收到我的卡。当我去询问卡片时，她不理我，而当我敲玻璃隔板时，她变得很生气。她的态度很恶劣。对于前台服务员，她是错误的人。不以客户服务为中心。其他人似乎都很专业。

我今天上午 11:45 为我的耳朵进行了后续预约。我有耳朵感染和听力问题。当我到达时，我按照指示给办公室打电话。前台的女人告诉我要留在车里，等我上车时我会接到电话。我在12:20接到了电话。医生直到1:00才见到我，这时他在房间里视频开会讨论各种选择。他告诉我那天我需要参加音频考试。我一直等到 2:00 才考试。之后，我被告知要在候诊室等候。然后我被告知要回到其中一间考场进行检查。我等到3:00才起床离开。我去前台告诉他们，我从11:45开始一直在等待，现在是3:00。很明显，医生不会再去看我。我要求退房并付款。前台没有一个人去看医生。他们问我需要为这次访问支付多少钱。我告诉他们150美元。

所以现在是 3 点 30 分，我在这家医生办公室浪费了整整一天。我不知道是否需要在我的耳朵或类固醇中插入导管。没有人能给我专业的礼貌，让我知道医生什么时候会和我在一起，或者为什么要花如此多的时间。

每次去这个办公室，我都要花2-3个小时等待被人看到。如果医生看不到患者，他们至少可以做的就是让我们重新安排时间。我发现该办公室的日程安排非常专业。
